I was referred to this company by friends that moved a two bedroom into their home for 400. I was charged nearly 700 plus dollar to move a one bedroom into a two bedroom Apt. I am highly upset and do not feel like the cost equaled up to the work that was done. I feel like the workers took their time with certain things and road the clock in order to overcharge on their hourly rate. I literally put my entire bed together while they moved a few items into my apartment.
So where do I begin? My overall experience with Great Movers was... Not great. Because I was at work, my girlfriend woke up early to let the movers into our home. Our Uhaul was parked right outside our garage with a clear path into our first floor that was ~10 feet away. The movers complained when they had to move the Uhaul just a few feet away so that they had more space to move.

I decided to use this moving company because my aunt booked them before and she had a great experience. Unfortunately, my moved was not as great as hers. I had a small one bedroom apartment and everything was boxed up and neatly placed in the living room, so they could just grab and go. The only thing they had to move was the boxes, one queen bed, a medium glass dining table and the four chairs that goes with it.
This co is total RIP OFF!!!I on date of move I gave them 140.00 cc deposit and told them I'll be paying cash for rest of it . After all said and done I gave the guys 740.00 in cash 80$ tip ..we just got our credit card statement in and they charged the 740.00 on the credit card and I refusing to refund it saying that their employees have been there with them over 7 years and two of the guys clearly stated they had just started!!!!! this place is a total rip off I would never ever refer them to anyone!!!!!

Excellent moving and junk removal service. The entire process was very professional and efficient. Prompt certious and professional, great sense of humor, these guys were in and out before I knew it. With professional decorum they executed all that was needed to be done and surprisingly super quiet with even the most bulky of equipment. Even the office "Ashley" was quite professional and executed communication between the work crew and myself seamlessly overall super positive experience!!!

The Number 2 junk removal team was AMAZING!!! They moved all of the items in the backyard in less than 1.5 hours. They were very patient and always confirmed what exactly I wanted moved as some items were not to be touched.
