I do not have a words to put together about this company. We used them to move out of the state. Big moved. They lost a lot of our staff ( medication, furniture, tools) Moved was on April1,2025 . They never told us a truth what really happened. But we missing a lot staff. It’s not just money our health in jeopardy . THEY LOST MEDICATION, FURNITURE, TOOLS AND NEVER ADMITTED EXPLAIN HOW ITS POSSIBLE. DO YOUR HOME WORK BEFORE HIRE THIS COMPANY, THE LOST $$$ OF OUR STAFF AND WE LOST OUR HEALTH. GALINA
Lily was great! But the movers were clearly taking too long. They finished moving the same things in two hours before, but this time, even with less stuff, it took them three hours to move it to a closer location. If I hadn't tried to help, it would have taken well over four hours. It was just too much of a waste of time!

I booked my move in this weekend with this moving company on Monday, they just called me on Thursday afternoon and cancel the reservation without any compensation!

I had an excellent experience with Great Wall Moving Services. The team was punctual, efficient, and very professional throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond, using red carpets to protect the floors and blankets to cover the front entrance, ensuring no damage was done. Two movers handled the packing, loading, moving, and unloading of my 3-bedroom home, and everything fit perfectly into a 26ft truck.
i saw their truck recently and hired them for our recent move. i emailed them to reach out and Lily was very responsive, making the process easy. Ob moving day they were extremely punctual (there early) and super efficient. the movers were also very nice 🥺 i don't usually leave many reviews but i was so impressed that i had to here. they were amazing and we will definitely be hiring them again.
This is my 2nd time using Great Wall. Lily and her team 1st helped me out during the Pandemic when no one was moving, and those that were charged big time amounts. Her team was fast, polite, and reasonably priced. Fast forward to this move. She helped me on short notice. I mean like one week short notice. I literally didn't even have the address of where I'd move to. She worked with me, gave options, me, gave a very fair price, and her guys traveled almost 2 hours each way.
I’ve used them twice now and had an absolutely smooth experience. The movers are efficient and quick. My things were well wrapped and moved carefully. Lily was super helpful on email on text providing quick responses every time. The movers don’t speak English but I didn’t find it to be a big problem- used Google translate when needed but they do very well on their own and need no instructions or intervention. Time was maintained and movers brought every tool/equipment needed.
