This was one of the most unprofessional, awful experiences EVER! I saw a review for them that he didn’t know how to move a sleep number bed so I specifically asked him about it & he said he knew. Got here obviously didn’t know what he was doing…..he was trying to “unscrew the attachment magnets”. So my husband was trying to have him watch the “disassemble video” from Sleep Number…which explains the entire process. His response was to start cursing (calling my husband “fu__ing rude”).
Awful experience! I have severe neck and back problems which is why I needed help moving and intended on hiring these people. 1st off, Employees were late for my moving appointment. 2nd, When Josh got to my house with his 2nd mover he was already griping about his back. I showed them what needed to be moved and I told them I had to leave in order to pick up my apartment keys at the scheduled time but that I would be right back, which wasn’t the most intelligent thing to do on my part.
I'm sorry you felt that way. Let me address this. 1st of all, I'm never late. I am very accommodating to all types of moves. Clean or dirty. But when it poses a health risk to me or my employees, I absolutely will not do the job.
We used GF Movers 2 weeks ago & they did much less than good job....terrible experience! In the process of disassembling a bed frame, they stripped the bolts & left it 1/2 done for us to finish & move ourselves???. His moving truck had a hole in the roof, water leaked in & soaked 1/2 our King mattress. They moved the wet mattress in & did NOT tell us. They left it for us to find when we were putting sheets on. Also, his only truck leaked oil/trans fluid in my driveway & he said he would clean it up & never did.
We used Green Frog to move us across town in October. We had just had our new staircase and floors installed. They used a dolly on my stairs and put chips in the risers and banister as well as denting my drywall. I contacted the owner who assured me that he would be out and would take care of the problem. He did come out but never returned to fix any of the problems. We were extremely disappointed and would recommend you use someone else as we are now out the cost of the move and the repairs
watch out for the oil leaky trucks they have !!!! when you call them to report it they don't want to admit it !! OR worst of all , will not come back and clean up THERE MESS !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE SORRY !!!!! R.M.

6/29/2022 Green Frog is hands down my always choice for moving!!! Alec and Deyshaun are the BOMB!!Yestarday was the second time hiring them. Josh came to my place to access the move and give me a quote. Very reasonable and he was spot on with the time it would take. Not an easy task given I was 3rd floor, no elevators!!! Alec and Deyshaun were on it!!! Prompt, polite,never stopped moving (not one break)... So careful with all of my belongings. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

Very nice people and they get the job done!! They helped me and my roomates move from apartment to apartment. Hard working men and good price!!!! I would 100 percent recommend to anyone that needs help moving!
I highly recommend hiring the movers from Green Frog moving. There were professional, courteous, and extremely time efficient. I had a local move done from a storage unit to my new house which is 2 stories. There is no way my fiance and I could move everything in the time they did it and especially in the upstairs bedrooms. Everyone was very professional and treated all the items with care. They are a local company but from what I understand they can move items anywhere you need to.
This was my 3rd time using Green Frog Movers and definitely won’t be my last. They are always punctual, and go “over & above” expectations to ensure that our moving experience was as stress-free as possible and we’re exceptionally helpful and friendly. They made sure my furniture and appliance were where I wanted it and would go great lengths to make it work even if somewhat inconvenient. They worked within our schedule with no mishaps. I cannot express enough how pleased I was with Green Frog Movers.
