Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I hired this company last month to move a one-bedroom apartment just two blocks away. The move started at 9:45 AM and, surprisingly, didn’t finish until 6:30 PM. It took the movers until 3 PM just to load the truck, which felt excessively long, especially given the size of the move. While the broken freight elevator in the building did cause some delays due to the extra distance we had to walk, much of the lost time was due to how inefficiently the truck was packed.
Good evening, we sincerely regret your low rating in our company database. All the delays and obstacles in your move were due to your poor planning, as you didn't have a confirmed moving time, and we were very cautious about that.

Moving can be so Stressful! Not with Green Men! Starting with Marlene the whole process was perfect. The communication was timely, the movers were on time, took great care of my stuff and couldn't have been nicer. What I thought was going to be a stressful day , was a breeze! Moving was so easy and stress free with Pedro and his team. I have a lot of glass and mirrored furniture but they took the time to protect everything, so I really appreciate the care and attention with my things during the move. I will be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers. I will also be using them soon for upholstery cleaning since I liked them so much.
