The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Totally awesome. Highly recommend GMM. The job was moving very heavy bulky furniture from basement to second floor and vice versa and garage to basement around outside of house. They did a superb job figuring out stairwell traversing with no damage to walls or furniture. Showed up right on time and were very polite and helpful with the entire process. GMM quote and payment system was also very easy to use as well. Will use again in the future.
We genuinely appreciate this review and we're so glad we could help get everything moved well for you! Looking forward to helping again in the future should needs arise!
Had the pleasure of working with Green Mountain to pack up and move the items left in my mothers home. Alexandria and Brett did an amazing job packing everything up with care and efficiency. I really appreciated their organization and respect of my my moms things. Brett, Mike and Ray moved my mom's belonging the next day, and wow these guys are awesome! Super efficient and precise. They got everything packed up and brought to our garage in great time!
They were on time, very kind, very professional, very knowledgeable, very thorough, and very skilled! I had some tricky glass cabinets and they knew exactly how to take them apart, how to protect them during the drive, and placed them in my storage unit in a very orderly fashion. They had great attitudes, despite the 95+ temps they were working in. They were very positive about everything. can't say enough good things.
Alexandra, it's great to hear that the crew did an excellent job for you! Thank you so much for the quick feedback and kind review of our small business.
Green Mountain Movers were fantastic for our local move. Easy scheduling, and fast turn around on estimate. Convenient web page to upload photos of items to move. The moving crew was friendly, efficient, and took great care of our stuff. Honestly, the best movers we’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend Green Mountain Movers!
Thank you so much, Sarah. We're a little tardy in our response to your wonderful review but know that when we first saw it, it made our entire day. The crews work hard to deliver great service and we're happy to see that we met that bar for you.
