I didn’t want to write this review but this company has left me no choice!! I told them I was going to write a bad review if they did not do the right thing by us. The men that actually moved our furniture worked very hard BUT there is no one managing what happens to your furniture once it gets to their storage unit. They lost some of our furniture, our desk ( that they promised to refund us for but never did) big screen TV, 15 boxes, all of my husbands clothes and all of our winter coats, and much more.
Had some items broken during a move in March. Have tried calling several times and been told each time that the person that handles claims isn’t available and will call me back. I have not received any calls back. We had bought a $1,000 mattress right before the move which now has a large rip up the entire side. Very disappointing
Have no idea how they did as movers...but several hours of loud base coming from the white Toyota with the Deadpool decorations on it will ensure I never forget them. Add to this the several breaks smoking (I assume cigarettes) on a non smoking apartment property really completed my experience.
Mr. Jaeger, You are not on my client list, but I would love to hear actual facts about the situation. Are you sure this is my company? Our movers come in moving trucks with our DOT and PUC numbers on them, and not white Corollas with Dead Pool stickers playing loud bass music..
Do not use these guys! They caused hundreds of dollars of damage and are not willing to pay for damages. The movers dragged the furniture instead of picking things up properly. I did my part by verbally reporting the damage and emailing …

We moved from two locations in Aurora to one in Centennial with little notice. The gentleman from Pryme came to the rescue! They showed up on time, moved everything quickly, carefully and were very professional. I would highly recommend them and would use them again!

Update: Adding one star because minutes after this review was posted, the owner (Craig Tierney, fantastic guy) called to make things right. I was honestly blown away by his sincerity. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I did a lot of research before choosing Pryme, and obviously they have provided many people with fantastic service. Unfortunately I'm not one of those lucky people.

Lane and D were top notch and it felt like there were 4 guys moving with how efficient these fellas were. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and I would personally ask for these guys. As a customer relations specialist, these guys were nothing short of spectacular. Funny and down to earth, while being professional every step of the way. I wish I would’ve gotten a selfie with them to capture their brilliance! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. HIRE THESE GUYS ASAP🗣️✅
