I was overcharged on my account when I was told I was being charged one thing and signed off on that payment they went behind my back to charge another secret charge that was not spoken about when moving with the guys. Very disappointing used them twice never using them again having to dispute to get my money back! Owner is very disrespectful over the phone and not helpful had a hot head.
Hey Paul, thanks for voicing your experience. Send multiple reviews to defame our company is not cool. I'm sure the scuffs on your washer will come out with a magic eraser or a wet rag. Again the men did convey to you to be careful with the … More
I called this company for a moving quote and was immediately made to feel judged rather than assisted. I explained I have approximately 100 boxes (including storage totes and moving bags) plus some furniture, and instead of helping me understand logistics, the focus became dismissive comments about the number of boxes. I was told a 17 ft truck would be sufficient for a one-bedroom move.
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to address your experience, though we believe "dismissive" is not an accurate description of our consultation. … More
I wouldn’t recommend this place it’s a total scam. Hidden fees and charges they don’t tell you till after the day is done. They want you to schedule a time but will show up an hour and half early without saying anything the time will start running before they leave the office. They do not tell you this before hand! They charge for the way back after the moving is done and they make you pay for lunches and 15s. That’s over TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS.
This place is a scam. They offer a $160 moving service for work that is an hour but in reality they charge from the second they call you to the second the drivers get back to their office. You will NOT pay a $160 rate. If you sign up for this service be prepared to pay at least $250. Oh, this is a “special” for 3 items!! Beware of scam!! Update: the manager called me back cursing and threatened to “catch me in the streets” because I gave this company a bad review for their misleading pricing.
You are very correct. We offer to move three items are less for $160 per hour. Time starts and ends at our office is in Lakewood as discussed upon booking, relayed during your courtesy confirmation email and told to you a third time upon … More
Guys showed up looking hungover. Couldn't figure out how to use the shrink wrap so we ended up doing it. It took them 5 hours to move a very small (800 Sq ft) apt. Moved 2.4 miles from one place to the other. They scratched my dining room table and couch. I called the next day and spoke to the owner who said $900 was a good price. I have moved in this area before and it was only $560. This place is a ripoff. Do not recommend.
Mary the men I sent were seasoned professionals. I did agree 5 hours was sufficient time for a 5th floor to 29th floor 1 bedroom elevator move WITHOUT a designated elevator and through hallways. Also we did talk after the move and you told … More

The owner us combative znd just an awful person do yourself a favor and never I mean never use this company.

SCAM of a company! They tell you one price on the phone and then charge you $100s extra. They will charge you for their drive time to and from your move, which they will not mention. Manny the manager is very unprofessional and will fight and threaten you. BEWARE
Sorry Stephanie, we have never moved for you, never met you, and never have spoken to you. I assume you are Manny Rossy's girlfriend. We have responded to his review also. Yes he paid sixty bucks more than he expected to pay but the moves … More
Arthur and Shai were great. The companies pricing is a complete scam. No mention of paying them drive time to and from their shop for a labor only move. Was quoted $160 per hour for moving. Got 30 mins of movers, had to pay for 30 minutes …

I had a great experience with Tru Moving. Manny was easy to communicate with and helped coordinate everything smoothly. They were able to accommodate a next day move, which was incredibly helpful given the timing. The team was efficient, careful with my belongings, and easy to work with. Overall, a solid and reliable option.
Nick and Aaron did a fantastic job completing our move from Denver to Parker in about 4 hours! They were super friendly and efficient and handled our belongings with care. They made multiple stops for us to Goodwill and the dump which we really appreciated. Highly recommend Trumoving for all your moving needs.
The team was truly amazing - showed up on time, were fast and efficient. They took great care of my parents things and the move was seamless. Thank you
I've been working with TrunMoving since 2017 for both personal and business. They work with us on short notice, they're efficient, they're respectful and overall always give great customer service. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who wants moving done right. Thank you, TruMoving.
