In their own words
These guys are simply dishonest and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. First of all, they told me that they would send three men for $125 per hour. Less then 24 hours before they were to move me they called and said that they were only going to send two of their "elite" movers but, would would take $10 per hour off. I said they should give me 1/3 off the hourly rate since I am only getting two men. Apparently, "elite" movers are better or faster than their "non-elite" movers.
JAY PANNIER thanks for your one star review! We gave you an estimate of 3 guys and sent two guys do to the amount of items you had. We finished the job in less time and for less money then the estimate. You even called us after the job and said what a great job we did.
This was a cascading series of disappointments on all accounts. While the responses may be that this was a one time occurrence, the day of the move there were so many points of failure here. Not only did they leave my family high and dry on the day of the move, there was spotty communication, and dishonesty. Issues happen, but the ensuing handling of it made an awful day so much worse.
Stacy & Fran C, I do not think a second one-star review for the same single event is fair. Our company missed your Move. Our company has saved dozens of customers when a moving company can’t be there. Missing your move is the first time it has been us. I left town for a family wedding.
Anything but dependable. Canceled when they got here. Because my brother had allergies. So if you sneeze they will leave.
I’m sorry but it was not about your brother having allergies. The apartment was infested with live fleas. It was not a safe environment for our guys to work.

I purchased a couch, two large chairs and an ottoman from a consignment store and hired Dependable Deliveries to pick up the furniture and deliver to my 6th floor condo in Melbourne. This business was amazing to deal with. Scheduling was a breeze and I initially just purchased a chair. I changed my order to add items twice and they handled the changes quickly and professionally. The two gentlemen who completed the delivery were a delight. They were on time, careful and so pleasant.

I put my house on the market and it was sold by the fourth day which put me in a pickle so I bought a house out of desperation and I had to get a moving company. I interviewed two companies and decided to go with the Green Team. I met Tracy Kai who I thought was a salesman and he made me some promises that I didn’t believe a salesman could make and they came through with every one of them here Tracy Kai was the owner and a very nice man.

I have used Mickey and his most professional/polite crew and company for over 12 years. He has moved me personally several times and lots of my rental and listing staging furniture dozens of time. Always careful. Never have had an incident or issue. He has moved LOTS of my customers over the years as well. There is not a person I have referred him to that has complained in fact just the opposite. They rave about how easy the move and delivery has gone.
