Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I had the unfortunate experience of being misled and ultimately abandoned by your company when you decided not to honor my scheduled moving service. Instead of being transparent, I was lied to, the claim was you all needed "five minutes" to look into rescheduling for the next day only to walk out and never return. There was no explanation, no courtesy of a conversation, and no regard for the fact that I urgently needed to move within the next two days.

Worst move of my life. They used AI to answer my questions and when AI confirmed that I had changed my move in date the office never saw it and got the wrong date. By the time they got movers to me we missed the window I had scheduled the loading dock, the drivers took 2 hours to drive 1 hour distance, and THEY BROKE AN ANTIQUE LAMP. I payed, waited a day to cool down and called the company to talk to someone and got called, verbatim, “a lair”.

Telling us you would come back in five min to let us know if the job could be done and then disappearing with out a word and leaving and not saying anything was both unprofessional and hurtful. At least have the decency to let us know Edit: Since the owner decided to respond You and your crew literally told us give us 5 min and couldn't even have the decency to tell us sorry we can't. We waited looked out side and they just left no word from your or them! That is unprofessional.

This company told me a few weeks ahead of time that on October 27 they would move my stuff from Kent Island to Annapolis and they would meet me at 1PM on 10/27. I called them at 12PM on 10/27 to check on their arrival time, and they told me they cancelled on me last minute and tried to reschedule to the next day. I ended up renting a Uhaul and moving my stuff myself. If you want to end up having to rent a Uhaul yourself, and move your stuff yourself, then Go with Green Wheel Van lines.....
I️ Scammers, Dishonest and disgusting - they take their time because its hourly. caught them hanging out at the truck running up the time 3 times during my move. There were 3 guys my place was a 2 bedroom apt. these movers moved so slow it …

Sylvester and his team were here for two days packing up our house for an international move. We had some bulky and quite fragile old stuff in the mix and they packed it all with great care. They worked hard, cleaned up, and were polite through it all! I would definitely use them again :)

We used green wheels moving today to move out of our 4 story townhome into a single family home, and they were fantastic. Everyone was hard working and so professional, our entire move day was 8 hours long and so efficient. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
