Did not show up nor reached out to let me know they weren’t going to show up. Waited all day (6:30 pm) for services for me to reach out and be told that I would have to be rescheduled for the next day at 6:30 pm again. In all fairness it was a same day appointment scheduled at 7am that morning but a strong lack of communication on the companies behalf without any attempts to rectify the situation.

I hired help because I threw out my back and it’s just me and my husband. My husband didn’t think he needed the help and he was right. I don’t care about speed, I care about efficiency. I paid for 2 men 2 hours, they sent me 4 guys and they were here for 40 minutes. I think my husband could have done a better job at fitting things in without it looking so precarious. I have a chest that was full of stuff, and the lid opens easily. They for some reason put it in last, on its side, on our elliptical. ????

Signed a contract for 3-4 people to come move everything in our house about 145 miles away. On moving day, only 2 people showed up which was not enough people for the size move we had (4 bedroom house). My husband ended up having to help them as the third person which we did not anticipate. Not all of our furniture fit in the uhual truck they brought so we ended up having to leave a few larger items behind.

Great consistent communication from beginning to end. Polite, positive, friendly workers. They always double checked with me when unsure. Wrapped many items for protection not usually wrapped. Efficient with good knowledge of how to pack a truck. Had 4 workers instead of 3. Offered to provide additional assistance in loading my car. Very reasonable pricing. The best movers I've hired!

We had a great experience with Guaranteed Results. It was super easy to get in touch with them and book. They kept in contact for arrival times, estimated prices, and showed up on time. They brought the crew, equipment, and Uhaul. They wrapped all of our furniture, organized the truck, and did all of the heavy lifting. All 4 men who arrived were respectful of us and our belongings. I would absolutely recommend using GuaranteedResults for your next move!
The crew arrived about an hour later than scheduled, but they more than made up for it with their professionalism, efficiency, and expertise. They safely moved my 300+ pound concrete tabletop, which required careful planning and experience, and they handled it with confidence. They worked hard, stayed organized, and took great care with my belongings despite the heat. I was so impressed with their effort that I offered them the use of my pool afterward as a small way to show my appreciation.

Guaranteed Results is truth in advertising! We arranged a move on short notice, and they made the move easier than I could have imagined. It was only a local move, but both ends had stairs that had to be contended with. The moving crew consisted of three very polite (and strong!) strong young men who got the job done efficiently and carefully. A fairly crowded two bedroom apartment was moved, and not a single scratch on anything!!
