This may be a nice facility and some staff may be great, but Tom, the manager, is not. He was so rude to my friend, especially during a tough time in her life. I've never used this place, so take my review as you will, but with what I was told I will NEVER use this place or recommend it; even to my worst enemy. All because of Tom!

I used Guardian Storage for 3 months and from start to finish everything went smooth. Tom, the property manager, was tentative and helpful. If you are on the 3rd floor interior… not a problem. Plenty of carts to load up on elevator and a covered area outside to unload. I would use them again.
