I received an email from asking me to rate so here it is: my experience here has been HORRENDOUS. Last April a man broke into eight units, mine included. Apparently no one on staff noticed him breaking into the lockers but DID notice his “super scary” pit bull when he left. Seriously, I was told more times about his dog than I was apologized too. He had ample time to sort through my things, as I lost ANYTHING of any value. Family heirlooms, music equipment, hand built guitars.

This is as a prospective customer. I chose to drive a little further for guardian storage. First they declined their online offer choosing not to honor it. "Just the way the industry is run" I was told. You don't get the promo when they only have one unit left. However the unit they had left was the very first through the gate. Which I'm later told in passing by a different employee they are supposed to rent first for obvious reasons.

Just so you know, that "$1 first month" is a lie and a scam. They refused to honor that deal for me, even after making me jump through hoop after hoop after hoop. I always got the runaround when I would call and ask about the status of my $1 month (you need to refer someone, sign up for auto pay, oh it's the second month, oh wait I meant the sixth month).

Terrible service. They cannot even manage to keep track of simple information. I've paid 2 additional months for bs service when I gave a 30day notice that was done with my unit. Also told them to go ahead and cut the lock since it was not worth my time to go back there.

Raised rent after a year with NO notice. They claim they emailed about the rent increase, but I did not receive a notice AT ALL. Poor practice that screwed me over for the month.

On Saturday, June 20th my movers called me to tell me they would be at Storage Etc. the next day, Sunday morning with an 18 wheeler! They would not be able to drive on to the premises to our unit due to the size of their truck The mover said they would have to rent a smaller truck and it would be $1,000 more! Manager Devin quickly went into assist mode and found me another unit closer to the front entry of the facility.

Devin and Nick have truly made the move of my items into a storage unit so easy for me! From the moment I walked into the office it felt right. They helped me choose the size unit that would work best for me, and I might add without trying to upsell a larger unit. I've been extremely happy with this company. I left a house for an apartment. Had to down size so rented a cooler unit due to the items I was storing. The people who work here are very kind and helpful. They really don't try to lock you out of your unit. Something comes up call them they work with you. Great people at this location.

Super easy process. The best way to get started is to show up in person. Management here is really nice and professional. Moving out was easy as well, just give them 30 days notice and a final courtesy notice when you’re fully moved out of your unit. I’d reuse this storage facility in a heartbeat in the future!
