The rating breakdown
4 of the 44 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Guthrie Self Storage RB are one or two star.
Worked out from 44 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I wish I would remember her name but the young lady that assisted me at this location was very sweet and so friendly. She explained the process very clearly and outlined the expectations for me with a smile. Thank you!
Thank you for the review!!
SUPER GREAT EXPERIENCE while having my storage unit at the Old Railroad Bed location . From the moment I walked in to secure the storage until the day I ended my lease with them, nothing but SUPER NICE and very helpful . AMANDA T has been very exceptional. She is very knowledgeable and always has a pleasant greeting . I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE COMPANY! KUDOS TO AMANDA and the owners for your service Mrs Moore 👏🏽
Thank you for your great review. So glad you had a Super Great Experience! We appreciate your business!
Did a uhaul pickup and drop off. I did it all with my smartphone so I never had to talk to anyone. That process was really easy. But the facility and grounds seemed nice. Well lit and maintained. Nice big open driveway to turn in and out of. And it's not too far from a gas station so refueling my uhaul was pretty convenient.
Decent prices on covered storage. Convenient electronic 24-7 access as long as the power doesn't go out. They built up a small berm next to the RV dump station which makes it hard to drain your dump hose - they need to excavate some access to ensure a level drain run to the sewer connection.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
