March 2024 Let management know I would no longer be needing one of the two storages I was Renting for $103 the other $123 a total of $233mo with taxes. I informed her that I would be moving out by March 15 not only did they Not pro-rate the rest of the month but the young lady at the desk Double my payment, the total bill for both storages where increased to $350 for both of them and I pay every month.
We rented a unit here because it was close to our house. The space was nice and kept clean. However, the gate and door to the unit are were not always secured. Also the manger on site was never the most friendly and was hard to get ahold of. When we moved out, they continued to charge us and when I called to speak to the manager, they were not in the office when they were supposed to be and then she was rude and blamed me for not letting her know, even though I had email proof that she had acknowledged.

I have my Rv stored here and my tow dolly was stolen. I was assured that the videos would be looked at and they would find out who took it. Well guess what no one looked at the videos and then now they are telling me it's too late because it happened a month ago and they don't keep them that long. What is really bad is that I get the impression that it is my fault that my tow dolly was stolen, and they have offered nothing except too bad for you.
They start you off at a low price per month and begin to increase it every so often by hundreds of dollars. They sneak you an email the day before the 1st and try charge you a higher price. Started me off at $140 , raised to $288 now they are asking to me pay $323 all within 1 year of renting. Don’t rent here
Pulled into the parking lot with my service dog, that was feeling sick. He was about throw up. I pulled to the end of the building and let my dog out, so he might puke or release diarrhea to feel better, and this lady comes out screaming …
