I have never dealt with such rude people, the two guys moving stuff complained the whole time. My husband also helped carry stuff up the stairs. The staff was rude and said smart remarks after I called to complain while they were here. They broke things that can’t be replaced that belonged to my grandma who passed away. The supervisor we talked to was not helpful and was taking the side of her employees, I would not recommend.

Had them move us in June. Many items lost and they charged more money for them not bringing a larger than enough truck. They lost my computer cord for my All in One PC and after I have spoken to a woman twice there I never got a call back …

One of the two men was on his phone all day. It cost me twice as much as it should have… The moving time was predicted 3.5 total hours and changed to 6.5ish at payment. The other worker was fabulous and dedicated to his job! Two thumbs up to him. I carried about 1/3 or more of the heavy items myself for the same cost either way. Added $522.50 to my predicted total due to this incident.

I used this company to move a few weeks ago, I would NOT recommend it. Unless you want to waste unnecessary time and money, don’t use this company. What should’ve been a 4-5 hour job took them 9 hours… One of the employees literally said, “Y’all don’t really have that much stuff to move, this shouldn’t take us long” then proceeded to take an entire business day to move us. They took frequent smoke breaks instead of moving items.

I have items missing from the move: so far medicine is missing, an Apple TV speaker is missing. Hammer is missing. Keep your eye on all reps with Two Men and A Truck. While it's my word against theirs, I'll not use them again and to boot, I gave each one a hundred dollars each as a tip!!! One of the drivers kept missing in action. Or maybe that's their plan. This company doesn't respond to emails or phone calls, so you might as well throw that phone number in the garbage.

We had the best experience with Thomas and his crew yesterday. All three were super hard working, polite, respectful with our items, kind to our kids and dog, and efficient! What we expected to take 10 hours came in just under eight hours. And that included moving from a 4th floor apartment and picking up two storage units. We are thankful they made this move so easy for us. And would certainly trust any of them to move our 5-person home again.
