Hi Genevieve, It was a pleasure getting to meet you and hear about your heart for caring for animals! Your generous and compassionate spirit is inspiring. Thank you for giving me something to smile about! -Benjamin Sanchez, RPT, MPT Professional Piano Services
Benjamin has done a fine job bringing our new (to us) grand piano back up to top playing condition. There was much work to be done (two tunings, regulation of the action, adjustment of the hammers (voicing), fixing the pedal action, refreshing the finish, etc.. He is very precise and careful in his work. He arrives when scheduled, and quietly goes about the tasks at hand. Helpful email and text reminders are sent in advance to ensure you don't forget about the appointment.
