Alex did not listen to anything I had to say. His way of talking was very rude. His sidekick was very nice. He did not come prepared even tho he was told ever detail about the tank. He chipped my $5000 fish tank. Now it sits here as a paperweight because it's worth nothing now. I have pictures of the tank while it was sitting on the stand in perfect condition. As he still denies. He denied the whole time even though the owner watched him drop the tank. I do not recommend this person.
Thank you for your review. As I explained the little chip on the side of the tank was from already there. It came off as we grabbed the tank.
Called past 8pm and Alex picked up the phone. I was letting him know that I was calling as I need movers at end of June and he has good reviews. Alex didn’t let me finish, as he cut me off by saying “call me tomorrow we’re closed” to which …
Irrelevant review . Most likely from competition. But thank you for your review anyways.

These guys were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They showed up right on time with a large, clean truck and came fully prepared with all the equipment—dollies, moving blankets, straps, and tools. They packed the truck like a Tetris—every item was placed with intention, and not a single thing shifted during the move. We moved from a 4-bedroom home, and they had everything packed up in just under 3 hours.
Thank you! Enjoy your new house.
GVA Movers made our move from Vancouver to Kamloops smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The team most especially Alex was professional, punctual, and handled all of my belongings with great care. They worked efficiently, communicated clearly throughout the process, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made a big difference.
Thank you!
Alex and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They went above and beyond to help us—not only moving everything, but also assisting with packing and carefully wrapping our furniture with blankets. What really impressed us was how efficiently they packed our entire house into one truck, which saved us an extra trip and a lot of time. They were incredibly friendly, kind, and professional throughout the whole process.
Thank you! Enjoy your new house .
If you have to move, call these guys! Seriously, it is so worth it! Alex and his team were so efficient! And were very friendly! They arrived early and got right to work. They were extremely attentive and careful with everything they laid their hands on, from delicate mirrors, to large glass cabinets, to just plain old boxes and rough totes. Everything was carried with respect. They were so organized in how they loaded the truck it only took 2 trips!
Thank you!
