HIGHLY recommend! It was so nice to have a company that was quick, responsive, reasonably priced & knowledgeable. I love that Chris went out of his way to work with our busy schedules to get our piano pickup & delivery booked. He was patient & professional. The crew was also super quick & careful. We will definitely tell our friends about them & will call them next time we need to make a move!
Moved a piano, did an excellent job taking care of it, scheduling and communicating, arriving on time, at a reasonable price. Very courteous and responsive. Would use them again and highly recommend them.
Very pleased with every aspect of my piano move. Chris and Christian contacted me with a phone call that they had just finished up their job in Dallas and would be on their way to pickup the piano they were to delivery to my home. They gave me a window of 1-3 but arrived at 1 pm sharp to pickup the piano. By around 1:35 pm they were at my door!. Happily they agreed to move the piano through my backyard directly into my bedroom where the grand piano would now be housed.
I had called for quotes from different piano movers, but H&M Pianos was the quickest and most professional. They patiently answered all my questions and cared for me during the process. From start to finish, they were professional in their communication. They explained what they were doing and why every step of the way. Disassembling and moving the piano to their truck took about 15 minutes, and setup at the end location took about 15 minutes as well.
