The rating breakdown
0 of the 46 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Haines Piano Service are one or two star.
Worked out from 46 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Brantford
2.4 percentage points lower than the middle of the 14 listings in Brantford we can publish a rate for.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I bought an upright Yamaha piano from Haines for my birthday. I was able to visit their location and try all of the different pianos myself. The owner was very helpful in pointing out benefits to different types of pianos, and with making my decision. Their prices are quite reasonable, including a move and tune, and you can tell they care about the work they do.
Thank you Zoe for your review. We are glad you are happy with your new piano and appreciate your business!
From my first outreach until delivery and afterwards, Pete and his team were so great to work with! He was quick to answer any of my questions, super friendly and very accommodating! He has a beautiful selection of pianos at a great price. …
Thank you so much for your review! We are so pleased you like the piano and our service. Thank you for your business!
Just took delivery of a new-to-us Young Chang upright. 11 years into retirement d'wife wants to start piano lessons. If you are going to do a task "a" way, you might as well do it the "right" way. As good as digital keyboards can be, a real acoustic piano is the right way to go. Pete was fantastic to work with. (His dad tuned my childhood piano.) It's been decades since I've had a piano available to me.
Thank you for your review and we hope you enjoy your new piano!
Peter was incredible with guiding my husband and I through our first baby grand piano purchase! He is warm and helpful, and was super knowledgeable about the pianos he carries + was forthcoming with honest suggestions when we explained our needs and room size. The delivery was also seamless, he and his team were very professional with both getting the piano in and ensuring it is set up well in our space. Thank you so much, Peter! Wishing Haines Piano Service more success.
Thank you for your kind words. The piano looks amazing in your home !
