I would give zero stars if I could. We were assigned this company by the military and it was the worst experience ever. Communication was awful, and the first employee doing the inventory did it so poorly with the worst attitude that the packers said it was the worst they’d seen in 30 years. A LOT of our items were not inventoried. The loaders simply wanted to load and leave. We got in verbal altercations with this company each step of the way. They did not handle our items with care.

I'm out of town and was unable to help my mom move out, so she hired these people. Do not use them! They charged around $300 for "traveling expense" when all the movers live less than 30 minutes away. Any excuse to nickel and dime. Showed up with attitudes complaining that she "wasn't ready" and a bunch of other complaints. It's just her. She had no help. After their "help", they left a lot of stuff that's going to be even more hassle and time to clear out, drills and tools and what not.

My husband and i recently moved from Texas to Virginia and this company was horrible. First off the communication wasn't good! Second of all we have PLENTY of expensive items MISSING! Third of all they didn't put together ANY of our furniture that THEY TOOK APART! We asked them to put together a couple of items that i watched them take apart while they packed and they refused. He said that they didnt take anything apart even though i watched them take apart alot of our furniture!

Honest feedback on both of the crews who handled our military move - pack up & load days; pack up day - Ty and D were absolutely wonderful! They have the best, most calming energy! Ty also played music the entire time, which was perfect because I always have music on in the house. It kept me sane in all the chaos of a big move. Not only were they both personable, they were professional, and they were extremely efficient. You most definitely sent the best of the best to pack up or household.

The men who helped us out today (Omarion, ja’melvin and Carlton) were absolutely awesome :) They were super quick and efficient and took great care of our stuff. We had no idea where we wanted things, and lost power today so they were unloading into a hot and dark house with little direction. They handled it like total pros. Really standup cool dudes who did incredible! Thank you guys so much!

HR Moving and Storage actually sent someone on-site to provide an estimate, other companies contacted did not do this. Movers showed up on time, were courteous and professional and handled everything with care. They completed the moved in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend them to others.
