The rating breakdown
3 of the 36 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Handsome Muscle Movers are one or two star.
Worked out from 36 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Laredo
3.1 percentage points higher than the middle of the 15 listings in Laredo we can publish a rate for.

In their own words
Bad experience and unprofessional. Scheduling and communication is poor. First they were running late for a scheduled move. Then they cancelled for the day. Rescheduled for the next morning. Handsome Movers did not show up and they hired another company without even informing me. No one answers the phone. Thankfully Laredo Moving Services came through.
It's unbelievable how they threw my furniture away and didn't replace it. It cost $2,000. I don't recommend them unless you don't care about your furniture.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Outstanding service by Handsome Muscle Movers! I recently had the pleasure of working with Handsome Muscle Movers, and I can't recommend them enough. They made my move as smooth as possible. They were courteous, careful and incredibly efficient. Great attention to detail—they handled every item with care, from bulky furniture to fragile pieces. They were quick yet meticulous, ensuring everything was securely packed and safely transported.
Highly recommended. From the first day they moved my belongings until yesterday when I requested their services again, they were fast, reliable, efficient, punctual, and did a clean job, but above all, they were RELIABLE. I am very grateful for all the work they did.
Thanks for helping us move 4 rooms of stuff and charging us a reasonable price. Very good company.
Hired them, after using wee move and professional movers, which were two of the worst movers I’ve ever encountered, wee movers didn’t want to finish their job because they supposedly ran out of time, and the so called professional movers broke some of my things, terrible companies but handsome movers were awesome, polite and worked fast, the only thing is they ran out of space but it wasn’t a problem since it was just some small things that didn’t fit….other than that, these guys were great….totally recommend them
