Super disappointed and don't recommend their services. They got the job done, but ruined many of my items. They did not pack thoroughly, just threw stuff in boxes (some not even packed in boxes and just loose and left in something, …
We find this review not very credible. No customer name (just initials?), no employee names, no date of move. We do not believe you were ever a customer of ours. Our customers know if they have any concerns, all they have to do is call our office and their concerns will be addressed.
Called three times. At first, the gentleman who answered the phone was very nice but said they were very busy and would get back to me. When I called again , I was told by Brenda that they were way too busy and to call someone else not …
Abysmal service, I had my vehicle picked up from Newfoundland on May 14 and I am still waiting for my vehicle. It marks exactly one month today. Upon calling response I get is that your vehicle get there when it gets there.
Viral Hirpara, you mistakenly have the wrong company. We are Hansen's Moving & Storage. We are located at 4582 Mountain Lakes Blvd. Redding, CA. We are a household goods moving and storage company. We are not a car carrier company.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Scheduling was straightforward, communication was clear, and the team arrived right on time. They wrapped and protected our furniture carefully and worked quickly without cutting corners. Nothing was damaged, and they stayed positive and professional the entire day. Pricing was fair with no surprises. Highly recommend!

We have hired Hanson's Moving and storage a number of times over the last 20 years. They are incredibly accommodating and professional. I have always appreciated the personal touch and the service they provide has really been a lifesaver for us in the past. Hiring a local business is very important to me and I always try to do so. My most recent move was about a mile away from old home but I needed my stuff to be stored for 4 months. My belongings were handled gently and protected.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude for the exceptional care, patience, and professionalism Hansen's showed throughout our move. From beginning to end, their team handled our belongings with such remarkable delicacy and attentiveness — treating every item as though it were their own. Moving can so often feel overwhelming, yet their attention to detail and calm demeanor transformed what could have been a stressful week into a smooth and reassuring experience.

Best moving company ever!!! I totally recommend them!! We moved to South Dakota and they made the move an excellent experience. They packed everything for me and packed it very well. They even took my Tesla with the moving Truck. Very impressed with them. The owner is very knowledgeable and kind. All his workers were great as well!
