Not enough ratings
We hold limited information on this company. We have read 4 reviews for it, so anything below about what reviewers say rests on very little text. That is missing information rather than a clean record, and it is not a judgement about the business either way.
The rating breakdown
Google shows 5 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 4 | 80.0% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 1 | 20.0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
If I can give more than 5 stars I would. I called to schedule for a early morning move spoke to Aaron and he listened to what I wanted and was very courteous, pleasant on the phone.. The movers Mark and Nick showed up at my house, on time and they to were esceptionally polite and courteous and moved my furniture carefully and got the job done fast without any damage at all to my walls or furniture. I HIGHLY recommend this moving company.
Excellent company...I used them two years ago and was the easiest move ever...no hidden costs. Upfront and acceptable price. Sean and Eric did an excellent job...very professional but friendly and work fast!! I am using them again for my next move. Highly recommend Hanson Moving and Storage of Waterbury.
The movers were on time, and very courteous. They moved everything as quickly as possible. I would like to mention here that it was an over 90* heat and humidity day. They didn't slack or take breaks, and were very accommodating for my requests. I would absolutely use them again and tell my family and friends to use them as well 😊 …
Really wonderful service. It was a hot day and the move included two buildings, each with three flights of stairs. The company called an hour before arrival, worked quickly and tirelessly and made a difficult move very comfortable for me. Would recommend!!
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
