⭐ 1 Star I would never recommend Happy Wheels Moving Company. I provided a detailed inventory before the move, yet was charged over $2,000 more than the estimate. They ruined my area rug, broke the glass on a nightstand, lost the hardware needed to assemble a console table, and we are still missing several TV remotes. To unload a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home, they only sent two movers. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. The worst part was the customer service.

DO NOT USE this company sent movers who didn't know what they were doing. The feet weren't taken off my furniture and pieces of glass weren't wrapped. Everything was crushed. They picked stuff up at my house, brought it to a warehouse and unloaded it, then reloaded it. Stuff was missing. Over 5k in damages. They pretended to say they were going to work with me until 60 days past when I paid the corporation on my credit card, at which point they ghosted me. I have to sue now.
They damaged my furniture (my pedestal table foundation is split in half and they knew it when they put it back together) broke my king size bed and would drop boxes marked 'fragile' causing my dishes to break. Not only did Rebecca offer to send me a check for $250 which was extremely low but now her phone is disconnected. She kept putting me off for weeks. Next stop is the BBB

The team took great care of our furniture and our belongings They were on time, worked quickly, and kept everything neat and orderly. Rebecca did a excellent job of keeping us informed and the move on track, customer service was great. We could not be happier with the overall move.
Mike and his team at Happy Wheels Moving got me moved from GA to SC all in one day! They were super efficient, organized, and careful with my belongings and asked me where I wanted everything put upon arrival. Couldn't have asked for better movers. The moving expenses on the other hand, jumped up $2K+ after the final inventory check. So Safe Ship, who I booked through, is NOT cheap. Ended up being just over $6K.

These 2 gentlemen Stan and Ilias were very personable and professional. They packed up my grandmothers over 100 years old Hoosier cabinet with much care as to not break the old etched glass. This will not be delivered to my sister for a couple days. The care they took in packing, I would certainly use them again. SSW
