I don’t usually leave reviews, but I strongly urge others to avoid using Two Men and a Truck. Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The movers arrived late, moved at a painfully slow pace, and caused damage to several of our belongings. What should have been a simple move turned into an all-day ordeal filled with frustration. The only moment of competence came when we called to escalate and the manager, Harry, showed up to get things back on track.

1 out of 5 – I would never use this company again I hired Two Men and a Truck to move my belongings out of my home into a storage unit while work was being done on my house. After the move, I discovered that my crypto wallet and other valuable items that had been on my desk were missing. I immediately filed a police report regarding the missing items. There was also noticeable damage to my walls after the move. Before the job, they strongly encouraged me to buy extra insurance “just in case” anything happened.

Couple Complaints: 1. The logistics of the movers. The movers had already moved 2 times before me, so they showed up exhausted. They mentioned that their manager hadn't scheduled my move until that morning, although I booked my move almost 2 months in advance. 2. The movers ended up scamming me. They claimed their payment system was down and they insisted I go to an ATM which I did, and they over charged me per hour.

If you’re looking for your furniture to get damaged by individuals who don’t care about your things then go ahead and use this company. We had an incredible experience the first time we used them in 2021 but this time around I truly wish I could go back in time and used another company. The movers they sent, Abraham, Pierce, Fingers and Justin all had zero interest in protecting our furniture and our new house. They basically scrapped every piece of furniture and damaged the ceiling at our new home.

This was the worst moving experience I have had. To start, I explained to the manager on the phone multiple times that I needed extra boxes and described in great detail the items I needed moved. When the movers arrived, they did not bring any of the boxes or materials I was told they would have. Additionally, they said they couldn’t move many items in my house because it was “policy.” These items were nothing out of the ordinary: lamps, boxes, kitchenware, computer monitors, etc.

I scheduled my move for May 23rd of 2026. I started this process on May 7th-8th and paid my deposit etc. There was an initial quote with of the price and an arrival time that they changed WITHOUT notifying me, that I saw on the day of ONLY because I sought it out after no follow-up or contact from them at all. The initial arrival/delivery window was 12:00PM- 3:00 PM, after I called and left two voicemails, I got an update with a 12:30 PM- 3:30 PM arrival time from what appeared to be an automated message service.
Thank you for taking the time to share this in detail and we are truly sorry for the experience you had. The communication failures you described, from the price change without notification to the lack of follow up throughout the day, are not reflective of the standard we hold ourselves to.
I hired the Charlotte Two Men & an Truck for my move to Port Orange, Florida. I had to secure a storage unit on the delivery side as I would not be going to Florida till a later date. Due to the way my things were placed (more like crammed) into the storage unit, several pieces of furniture were damaged. My mother was present during the unloading process and let me know she didn't think off of my things would fit into the unit, so I leased a smaller 2nd unit in case.

Poor service. Poor planning. Little attention to detail. It took 2 1/2 days to be moved 17 miles from a condo to a house. Crew damaged my floors and stairs. Company tried to charge me for the 2nd move day due to its poor planning and inadequate crew training. I do not recommend Two Men and a Truck. Follow-up - The "owner" of Two Men and a Truck invited me to contact them to address my move experience. No name or telephone number was included in the response.

Before going with this company I did my research and called different companies. This company have the best prices and great reviews. After my experience with them I understand why is on the top. 1-10-25 The review below was 4 years ago. I was very happy with them so hey, why not use them again? Well, today I had Lewis and Fred, and they were PHENOMENAL. How in the world can two men work faster than you can think? Seriously, I had to think faster to keep up with THEM! I would let Fred know where I wanted something placed, and three seconds later, there was Lewis, "sir, where do you want this placed?"
