A hellish move The first sign of trouble ahead is when the moving crew arrived on the wrong day. Apparently there was a mix up with another move! On moving day seven crew members arrived after 10 AM. There was some delay because of the snow. There were three younger men and two older men, one of whom was the supervisor. There were three boss also made a guest appearance for about two hours. He supervised for a bit and then helped pack some of the tableware.
Horrible company and highly unprofessional. Showed up to move a few large items of furniture and refused to load anything into their truck because I had pets. Was not informed that this would be an issue ahead of time and now I have wasted …
Mr. Girvin, It is very difficult to be professional when you have to tell someone that they are disgusting and are a terrible pet owner. I have 4 dogs and 3 cats in my home and it is alot of work to make sure my house is clean for both my family and my pets.
We hired Hardesty movers to disassemble out piano. We had a grand piano that they did a terrible job disassembling, resulting in significant damage to the leg and stripped screws. They didnt bring enough people to even properly lift the …

Estimate was $3400, total was $3760. Customer decided to withhold $360 from total for damaged table (5lb. table with 40 lbs. of tile taped to it), leg damaged on armoire, (repaired before as I showed the customer), and damaged small end table (we were completely responsible for damaged table).

They lost an end table, I had to go back to the house 4 times to finish my move because they left a lot of our stuff. They were an hour and a half late to start

Great first experience with a moving company! Had a lot of heavy items, and even helped with two bed frames being dismantled! Dom, Doss, and Dwight were very helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process! Highly recommend.
