Paul is a detailed and meticulous tuner, always going the extra step to provide the best service possible. He is prompt and thorough in his communication. Paul schedules our piano tunings quarterly which takes the scheduling out of my hands, something I greatly appreciate.
Great communication, friendly, and he knows his stuff! Our piano sounds great after a tuning session…I won’t hesitate to use him for all my piano needs!

Our Piano hadn't been tuned in over 10 years. The online website he uses is easy to use and schedule an appointment. Also, he communicated via text to confirm our appointment to make sure the time was still good with us. Very considerate. Great communication. We used him for two sessions of tuning over a two week period and now the piano sounds like new. He's very polite and respectful. I would not hesitate to pay for his piano services again in the future.
He did an excellent job of tuning my piano and was very kind. He also provided some education about my particular brand of piano, which was really helpful. Even my dog liked him and she doesn’t like anybody ( yappy Chihuahua), which says a lot about his character.
