In their own words
The gentleman up front was super friendly, and got us squared away fairly quickly. Online price was different than what we actually paid so the insurance cost clarity would have been great prior to coming in
Hey Karsyn, We’re glad to hear that our manager on duty was able to assist you. However, we’re sorry that our website did not more clearly explain that the advertised rate reflects the monthly rental fee for the storage unit only and does not include applicable administrative or protection plan…
Great friendly service friend of mine recommend this storage place ( you should have a referral service. 🙂)this is my first time ever using a storage facility. the lady who helped me was AMAZING!! definitely recommend this storage facility …
The process for rental is very seamless. The place is very clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing to rent a storage unit.
