Our trailer was damaged on 5/21 at their KC warehouse. They have been impossible to contact in order to cover the damages.
Great place to come if you’re into letting receiver waste your whole day. Poorly managed receiver that detains you all day, provides drivers with a nasty porta-John. When I arrived at this address (same address on bills) was told they would check me in but that I was # 10 truck on a list of 20 trucks. They will tell you that they’ll call you and send you to another location to unload (2 miles down the road) that supposedly has six docks). It’s 1400 hrs ..
I don't understand how some places schedule appointments even though they know they're not going to open. I came all the way from Laredo, Texas, with a delivery scheduled for today, and it turns out there isn't a single person to receive the merchandise. These kinds of places shouldn't exist for the market.
Showed up at 1212 for an open ended appointment, checked in with the loader and was told to go wait in my truck. Was told they did not know if I was going to be loaded here or at the other location due to running low on batteries and …
Got here at 0800. Should be about five hours just to start unloading. I'm the 22nd in line. The place is small for the volume of trucks, and maneuvering around other trucks caused this guy to spill it on a corner.
One of the best places to waste your entire day—it doesn't matter if you have an appointment for 6, 7, or 8 in the morning; you will still leave late.
Worst company ever . Atleast 5 hours waiting to deliver ur load . Their drivers have priority to get loaded or unloaded. Never go over there
One of the Worst places I have been! Extremely slow 6 hours to unload trailer ! Their drivers got priority and will cut the line of others

Rachel in the front office was extremely helpful and polite. I was worried when I saw all the trucks that as an O/O I would be hours, but it moved quickly and I cant say enough wonderful things about the front office lady. She was terrific
I made it there at 6:00 Am I checked in at 7:00 Am was backed to the dock at 7:05 Am unloaded by 7:45 Am the lady in the office was very polite and made me feel like a human not as one with the machine that I drive thank you Rachel for the great conversation
Got there on appointment time 7am and was docked within minutes! Young lady in office was nice and solved my delivery very Profesional!
They have a cargo hold, you can even sleep there, they speak Spanish, and there's a portable toilet.
