We were told we had to reserve a unit in person despite their website making it look like you can reserve online. We pulled up to the office and, wow, the lady there was so rude. She didnt know the street addresses of the storage lots, she didnt like where we parked out front, but couldnt tell us where she would like us to park. The whole experience was bizarre. We felt unwelcome and uneasy leaving anything at their lots, so we went to uhaul.

I had a storage unit for about ten years. Price went from $25 to over $105(with a military discount). The ladies are nice I suppose, however I didn’t have much interaction with them. The main reason I went with this storage facility was because I could access it at any time. Now, that is not possible because there is a gate.

We were told that we'd be able to get a uhaul truck to our unit, and that was a huge lie. Everything is so narrow that I can't imagine that it's not difficult for small cars to maneuver through there. We were exhausted from moving all day, and had to dolly, and carry furniture a considerable distance. Poorly designed and not worth the money.

The management is great! Faye was so helpful when I first called, walked me through the contract, and set it all up for me! The first time I entered the property, to unload, I called her to help me find the correct unit. She came immediately and made sure I found it. The phone APP is great security! You all are the best!
