We booked heavy lifting to pack for a move and they didn’t show up. We scheduled them for 9am, then after several phone calls and messages they finally called us back at 1030 to say their car broke down. They never called us back and never showed up. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

My experience with HeavyLiftingCO was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. Two weeks before my move, I reached out to them and provided an estimate of how many items I needed help with. They confirmed availability and quoted me $99+ per hour with a $50 one-time fee, which seemed reasonable and exactly what I was looking for. I followed up a week later to confirm we were still set for my move on April 7th, and they assured me everything was good to go.

We hired Heavy Lifting Moving to help with unloading a 26 foot box truck. After looking at reviews and speaking with the manager, I felt peace about hiring two labor only helpers. The two men showed up an hour and a half late on move day with no communication. Because they were late, my movers had most of the truck unloaded by the time they arrived. Problem: Out of the 100+ items in the box truck, their two guys carried one item which was a kings captains bed.

If I could leave a negative star I would. Super unprofessional. I booked with them to move me to my new house. Everything was packed and ready, called them a week ahead. I called the night before to confirm we were still good because I didn’t receive an email or anything confirming; the guy just wanted me to text him my info. Friday morning he confirmed we were still on. Saturday rolls around and nothing. Tried calling nothing.

I was going to write a very detailed account, but I decided no. The communication and lack of professionalism is bad. My move didn’t happen because they dropped the ball last minute trying to reschedule the night before my move, after 4 days of silence on their end. I hope they work on better communication and professionalism so their company could grow and be better. I wish them well. 😞😞

Don’t use this company. We had an agreement two months in advance and they bailed on us the day of. We experienced horrible customer service, they would not return our call or text messages, and we still haven’t received a refund for our deposit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are shady and their business address doesn’t exist.

Had such a great experience with Heavy Lift Co. We had to crunch and get moved fast and we couldn’t have done it without them! Such a huge help and would recommend to everyone who needs help moving. The process was seamless from start to finish. I needed a same day mover, and they delivered everything efficiently and with care. Price was reasonably cheap considering the amount of stuff I had to move. The admin team was very accommodating, and the movers were professional, friendly, and great to work with. The guys were on time and pretty fast and came the next day after I called. We only needed a large bed moved out of an upstairs bedroom and an adjustable bed frame moved up into the same bedroom which was extremely heavy. They had it done quickly and with respect to the house. Good job guys!
