If I could leave negative stars I would. VERY unprofessional. Every office has a different policy. They sent one guy to deliver 20+ cabinets and due to that there is significant scratches on our floor and a broken cabinet. Called to report …
Here is the breakdown of what happened with my shipping fiasco. The one star is for Allison, otherwise I would give no stars if I could. Day 1 I was contacted and given a 9 hour arrival window (8-5) being told that they would be there in the morning likely. After waiting an hour I came back to the clinic and sent an email to our contact allison to try to get an update as to when we were scheduled on the list or an estimated arrival time.
Redman delivered custom cabinets for Lowe's to my house. Lowe's specifically makes you sign a contract stating you will have the cabinets delivered to a temperature controlled environment. When Nicole called to schedule the delivery I told her that and that the delivery crew would need to deliver them in my house just to the front room by the entry. Delivery day arrived and the delivery crew stated the paperwork said garage delivery only so they won't deliver them inside.
They set up.our delivery from 9 to 11. They didn't show that day OR bother to call us. We assumed they'd deliver the next day but again no. No call. NO nothing. No one answered the phone after multiple calls and the one woman said she couldn't talk to.us and actually hung up! After we took 2 days off work plus had to send our installers away we have no cabinets here. They told us they don't know where the driver is. What company operates with this level of disrespect to customers.
The team that showed up seemed completely untrained minus the boss on sight. They brought zero tools for disassembling our furniture, stripped out our bolts and acted like they were just going to have to leave some furniture behind because it was going to take too much brain power to take apart. They did not take the back off my recliner, marked up my door trying to pull our dryer through and had to be asked by me to wrap my nice furniture.

Reliable and trustworthy. Very profesional. All of my stuff arrived safely and not damaged. Extremely careful packing and unloading. Movers were profesional and kind, so nice and you can rely on this company to be reliable, show up, answer text message, friendly customer service and safe for single women. They moved my parents locally. They were very flexible on the day and time of the move which was nice because we needed to change it a few times. The team that came to move was very careful and friendly and took great care of all of their belongings. They even gave us boxes to use for free. I highly recommend them!
