In their own words
Would definitely not recommend. Despite the overwhelming majority positive reviews, mine wasn't as good. Though the movers were courteous and timely, much of my furniture was mishandled. My $3000 leather sofa was dragged and ended up damaged. They showed up with no moving equipment (not even a dolly) and poorly stored my boxes/furniture. Again, would definitely not recommend.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Amazing experience with Smoove Mooves! The team was punctual, professional, and extremely efficient. They handled everything carefully and made the whole moving process stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers!
Fabulous service! They communicated great. Showed up as expected (despite the heavy snow). They were really fast, but in the good way where everything was packed in well and secure. …
Brigham, Neil and their crew were fantastic. They had a big job to be done and they worked real hard to help us get my mom moved. I think they were helping me for 13ish hours and it was almost midnight when we stopped, they showed professionalism and they made it easy to trust them and know the job will get done right. I would recommend these guys for your moving needs. Huge shout-out to Neil and Brigham for being there literally all day and helping me out. 💪🏻
I needed help at the last minute, and they came through! They arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and very helpful. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially for the great service they provided. They worked efficiently and made unloading my U-Haul quick and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers. Thank you for the great service!
