The rating breakdown
Google shows 9 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 9 | 100% | |

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
5 stars! Highly recommend this moving company in Chicago. The team was professional, on time, and handled everything with great care. They made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and nothing was damaged during the move. I’ve also recommended them to two other people, and both had great experiences and were very satisfied. If you’re looking for reliable movers in Chicago, this company is a great choice.
I had an excellent experience with this moving company. From the start, their team was professional. On moving day, the crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled all of my belongings with great care. Everything arrived safely …
The team at Heavy Set is amazing. Zach was very helpful with all of my questions and provided a quote that fit in my budget. They were extremely careful with all of my items and the move was seemless. I would definitely recommend them for your moving needs!
Zack was quick to reply to my inquiry on moving a couch in my home. He came the next day, was prompt, efficient and professional. I highly recommend Heavy Set Movers and will definitely use them again!
