This company caused a leak in my plumbing . Due to not being able to disconnect my icemaker the day we moved. We moved on A Friday my husband was having surgery on Monday & couldn’t travel for 2 weeks. When we went back to our house 2 weeks later my house was flooded ruined the flooring on kitchen & living room. Had to have cabinets Removed I was a caregiver for my husband that was had dementia and they did not tell me I had only 90 days to file a claim.

Packing was lousy. Most of the boxes were mislabeled. Many items were broken, computer and tv cables missing along with furniture and bed hardware. They are totally nonresponsive to my emails and phone calls. I have the direct cell number for my rep; when I call it I always get mailbox is full. It proves that the cheapest are not always the best, even though this is a national mover. This has been a very bad experience moving from California to Louisiana.
I called and try to work out my schedule with the lady on the phone to have my piano move to Sacramento, but I got hang up by a guy with even talking to me.

Ty and his moving crew were the best movers I’ve ever worked with. They drove all the way from Alabama to Massachusetts, and even after that long trip they came in with great attitudes and an unbelievable work ethic. This was not an easy move — everything had to be carried up three flights of stairs, and they handled it like pros. They were organized, careful with my furniture, efficient, and respectful the entire time. No wasted time, no complaining, just hard work and excellent service.
Absolutely the best movers around. Very professional and no hidden costs on anything. We moved from California to Missouri and not one problem. They absolutely take all the worry out of the move. The movers themselves were very respectful and hard working. Do yourself a favor and call them you will not be disappointed.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Hemsted! Recently, my home care agency flooded due to all of the rains we’ve experienced in Northern California. Once my furniture was cleared of any damage, they were able to come out the following day, quote me within two hours and move me within one day!! The team of Ernie, Kurt, Chris and Sam was stellar!

My wife and I have moved all around the world to 6 different countries and the latest move was from Oklahoma to California. We have experienced some bad movers and some good movers but Tye, and Allied, was the best experience yet. So smooth and trouble free, Lucas at Allied and Tye, our mover, took all the stress out of the process and made it a pleasant experience. Tye is amazing and so much fun to work with.
