My family and I had the worst experience! I backed out of the deal and Hench's took full advantage of an 84-year-old man. They sold him a piece of property that's not livable. It floods 3/4 of the year and they've done absolutely nothing to help us. HENCH's sold the cheapest home possible with non working appliances. Their sub-contractors are just as shady. I don't recommend Hench's to my worst enemy.
Bryan Burnett is a great salesman he just sells you a home. Trim was severely damaged several faucets leak now the AC doesn't work and house hasn't been here a month! I understand it's a modular home but the issues im having is unacceptable.

Bryon(The Colnel) was great! Best buying experience we've had! It was really a no pressure experience, not like your typical buying experience! I had reached out to several different lots and had asked questions and he was the only one that I had a good experience with, with just asking questions. So we drove 2 hours one way just to look at the houses and we ended up leaving and deciding to purchas from Henches!
