The rating breakdown
Google shows 10 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Superb service every time! I’m a happy 8 year client. They are professional, prompt, organized and soooo friendly! Elizabeth and Aaron hear everything my piano needs and adjust it meticulously!! Always fun to play my piano after a Heppler tuning!! Thank you for being fabulous!
Elizabeth performed the finest piano tuning I’ve received since I purchased this Kawai GX3 three black edition in 2018. I’ve had two other tuners in the life of this piano before it was moved to Montana, all research and word-of-mouth pointed to Heppler Piano as the go to people. They were right.! Not only did Elizabeth to a perfect job tuning the piano, but she was very careful with it and left it better than she found it, including polishing the pedals which I did not expect!
Aaron and Elizabeth have been servicing my piano for about 3 years and they are always a delight to work with. They are responsive, professional, and they do wonderful, quality work. I emphatically recommend them to anyone seeking any piano services.
I had Heppler come out and tune my piano which hadn't been tuned in over 15 years. Heppler sent out a gentleman who was on time and wore a mask while at my house. He did 2 cycles of tuning: the initial tune, let the piano settle and then went through the keys a second time. He also inspected my piano pedals, the interior and exterior to see if I needed any additional repairs (which I did not). He advised me on how to maintain the wood and how it should be cleaned. They charged me $200 and I had a great experience.
