The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
We hired Mountain Movers after a very bad experience with another “high-end” local moving company. They did not wrap or cover our custom off- white furniture and dropped it off with dirt and grease stains; There were cuts in the upholstery; Numerous furniture pieces were scratched and dented; They lost items (including a mattress, etc.); and to top it all off, they were very pricey and non-responsive. We are still missing items with no resolution. Save yourself the trouble and hire Mountain Movers FIRST!
Thank you, Kimberly. We appreciate you sharing your experience and are glad our team was responsive, professional, and careful with your furniture while offering competitive pricing. … More
Mountaineer Movers are fantastic. The crew showed up on time, introduced themselves with enthusiasm and got to work. The entire crew communicated with us throughout the moving day, to make the move as seamless as possible. They work hard and get the job done. Hire this company for your move!
Thank you, Dan. Your kind recommendation means a lot, and we'll be sure to share it with the team. We look forward to helping you or anyone you refer with future moves.
These guys are amazing! I have worked with so many different moving companies across the country while coordinating various military moves, so I have seen the broad range of people that you can end up with. I hired the MM team to help with the unload portion of a move in Butte. After searching Butte for a local team without any luck, I expanded my search to Bozeman and found Mountaineer. They are definitely worth it. From initial call and scheduling to the actual move day, they made everything easy.
Thank you so much for the fantastic review and 10/10 recommendation. We're thrilled Calder and Finn provided efficient, communicative service and made your military move unload easy. We truly appreciate your trust and referrals. We look forward to helping with any future moves.
We hired Mountaineer Moving to help with our new home purchase. They were able to store our belongings overnight and then move them to the new home the next day. The movers were polite and worked hard and were efficient. The management staff were very responsive and even helped us out when we had issues with our new home not closing as expected. I would highly recommend these guys! They treated our items with respect and padded/ wrapped items that needed it!
Thank you, Christopher, for your thoughtful review and recommendation; we’re pleased our team could provide secure overnight storage, assist with the closing delay, and deliver your belongings safely and intact. … More
