I love this facility! I am grateful they have pull-through parking spots. The lot is easily maneuverable and so clean!! HOWEVER- the price increase has priced it out of my budget now. I have been very happy, but the price has doubled since I rented originally. If they considered going back to the $85 price point, I would rent again.
Thank you for the review, RJ! Happy to hear that the pull-through parking space is working well for you.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I’ve been using Slate since they opened here for RV storage. Their yard is well lit and very secure not to mention clean. They make every effort to keep snow plowed in the winter so as to maintain the customers’ access. In the few occasions they have need to communicate with me they have been prompt, courteous and professional. I have no concerns doing business with Slate month after month. I know my expensive toys are safe in their holding. Thank you.
Thank you so much Martin for the kind review! We truly appreciate you trusting Slate with your RV storage. Keeping the yard clean, well-lit, and secure — especially through the winter months — is a top priority for our team, so it means a … More
They replied to my phone call right away, helped get a unit reserved quickly, and felt very safe/secure with the locked gate and security cameras all around. It’s also a very clean storage lot. Would recommend requesting 24-hour gate access when signing the monthly contract and doing everything by phone or in person. Overall, had a great experience.
Thank you so much Lauren for taking the time to share your experience and for your thoughtful feedback! We're happy to hear that our quick communication made it easy to secure a unit and that you felt confident in the security of our … More

Since day 1 Slate Storage has been amazing. I was searching for a storage unit and I was potentially almost a victim of fraud. "They" gave me Slate Storages address as their location. They kept pushing me for over the phone setup but I declined and said I would feel better in person. When I arrived at Slate Storages location the gate was closed and the office was on the inside. I called the number on the gate. Come to find out I wasn't actually talking to them, but someone posing as them on the phone.
Oh boy Jaime, what an experience that landed you here with us. May have been a much stranger route than normal to get to us, but we are so happy we could be of assistance and the "REAL SLATE STORAGE" could be of assistance!!! :-)
