Their web sit is designed to for the customer to either over estimate their household goods under estimate their household goods. Either way you will be charged more than their estimate. After attempting to use their website, I contacted them by phone and asked if they could come to my residence and give me an estimate. I was very clear that a sofa and mattress set may or may not be there. I specifically asked if they would be able to get everything in one trip.
Ray, I am terribly sorry you had such a difficult experience. This is not the type of service we strive for. Things are different at Move It now, so please let us know if there is any way we can make it up to you.
Very disappointed. One of this company’s drivers was extremely aggressive and rude on South 19th in Bozeman on a Saturday afternoon. They pulled out directly in front of us when there was plenty of room to wait and merge behind us instead. It was unnecessary and created an unsafe situation. I hope the company takes driver safety and courtesy more seriously and provides additional training to help prevent this kind of behavior.

I had a bad experience with Move it. To start they picked up a smaller truck than I reserved causing time spent to do multiple trips instead of one. Causing me to have to pay more than quoted. They also were not very efficient packing the …

Our movers, Trevor and David, were on time, professional, careful with our items, and very friendly. From the office staff to the movers the entire process from scheduling to bringing in the final box was extremely smooth and easy. Everyone was great to work with. I would certainly recommend Move It to anyone.

We moved across town in Bozeman. Our office experience with MoveIt was organized and efficient. The company is easy to work with and communicates thoroughly. The two movers, who orchestrated our move, were organized and efficient. They took care to put out blankets from the house to the truck which decreased, or eliminated, the amount of dirt and fine pebbles which came into the house from outside. This was extremely important because we have original, historic wood floors!

We could not be happier with the service provided by Move It. Our move was a difficult whole house move from storage units to our remote home. When one box truck proved two small for the move, the company dispatched an second truck and the office manager, Melissa, who pitched in with the three college student movers. The intensity of their effort during the move, not to mention their care and judgment, was remarkable.
