Unprofessional and hard to get ahold of. During packing process they stunk up all 3 of our toilets. They called to reschedule the unpacking day with little notice. They were 2 hours late on their new “more convenient” date. My dryer has all sorts of dents in the top and I’m missing my new ladder and laundry room shelf’s. Iv contacted the company to notify them. Unfortunately I’m getting the run around and now their phones off or disconnected. Very inconvenient to say the least.
Greetings Tony, As you know, our phones are connected and your items have been found and are being returned to you. You were comfortable with the change at the time of the move. You were also notified of our tardiness, due to traffic, and the movers were out of your home in three hours time.
their crew was OK for the most part, but one of their guys forced a massage chair up and broke it. we called the agent and the manager right away, and they said to finish the move and they will take care of it. I called a tech to appraise the damage to submit the request 2 days later, and they would not honor the "we break it, we pay it" policy (which had to be claimed in 24hrs and they conveniently didn't bring up).
After seeing the reviews and talking to David, I was feeling really good about going with this company to relocate. As a selling point, David mentioed they had a better policy for handling damages than other moving companies saying "if we break it, we buy it". On the day of my move, Alberto and his crew showed up. They seemed nice and professional. However, I didn't like that they damaged a reinforcement piece underneath my dresser and didn't tell me about it. Instead, they just stuck the piece underneath.
We used Hercules for a long distance move from Houston to the DC area. They provided one of the more competitive quotes cost-wise, so our expectations were mid. We packed our own boxes, and made sure to drive ourselves what we would need short-term at the destination (plus items of the most sentimental value). The actual moving teams were fine on both ends. The delivery team only provided two hours notice, and there was minor damage to some items. But they worked quickly, at least.
Ryan We sorry if disappoint you our record show that you had many additional items that wasn’t on the list you provided us also as soon as you provided us with your address we preformed the delivery with in the delivery window and with no damage to your items , we will improve our customers service…
Warning these are brokers not movers you pay them to find any foreign person who can rent a u haul keep what ever than can make excuses and damage as much as possible WARNING do not use this company….

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY,THEY ARE DISHONEST AND FRAUD COMPANY. DO NOT WORK WITH ANY OF THEM JOSEPH,FRANK ARE BIG TIME CON ARTIST. JOSEPH BROKE MY GLASS TOP TABLE AND MY KING SIZE BED AND ARGUED WITH ME THAT IT WAS ALREADY BROKE. TODAY THEY STILL HAVE MY FOOT BOARD TO KING SIZE BED AND HAVE NOT REIMBURSE FOR GLASS TOP DINING ROOM TABLE. THEY WILL MAX OUT THE HOURS TO MAKE YOU PAY MORE, DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT UNTIL AFTER WORK IS DONE BECAUSE THEY WILL PUT WHATEVER NUMBER IN THERE TO CHARGE YOU MORE.
Me and my sister paid over 1500 for our move from Houston to Las Vegas! Our items were picked up on March 31st with a April 4th delivery date!! We are now in May with no items!! They do NOT contact you, we have to call everyday and receive the run-around about our items!!! We have been told countless of times that our items are waiting on a truck. We call today and are told no trucks are going to VEGAS and we will receive a discount! We have a $300 balance!!
Dear Tenisha, We are sorry for this terrible inconvenience you are experiencing. As we have discussed prior to this review, your items have left the warehouse and are en route to LV. Per our contract we have 21 business days to deliver your items from the first available date.
BEWARE! THESE GUYS WILL SCAM YOU AND CHARGE DOUBLE WHAT THEY "QUOTE" CLAIMING THEY ONLY CHARGE HOURLY, AFTER PROMISING OVER THE PHONE ONE TIME FRAME TO MOVE YOU, ONLY TO TAKE DOUBLE THAT. They quoted me nearly $2,000 in boxes and packing materials, so I gathered 3 very large waist high stacks of broke down boxes, 12 wardrobe boxes and a few boxes full of paper. They used "most" of the boxes, and none of the paper or tape and charged me OVER $2,000 for the boxes and packing materials.

The crew from Hercules Movers & Packers (David, Nicolas, and Salvador) did an awesome job in moving our belongings. We had multiple stops, and every step of the way, the guys made sure they packed up our furntiture to ensure no damage. They were very punctual, professional, and efficient. I would definitely use Hercules Movers again. Great value for their service!
I rarely write reviews, but I could not miss the chance to do so about this company. Hercules has moved the contents of my house 3 times. The first 2 moves were to storage units and then the 3rd move was long distance (over 200 miles). I am so impressed with the employees of this company! The office staff (I worked with Edward and Shani) exhibited exemplary customer service skills! I contacted them multiple times in the planning process, and they were patient and responsive each time.

This was an amazing experience in the midst of a nightmare move! After 30 years in a house, Christian, the lead was wonderful, considerate and careful. His colleagues David and David were equally helpful and careful and moving to three different places: new digs, my office and storage for all of it. After 7 hours we arrive after hours at storage to find the elevator not working and the move with large furniture to second floor.
This company is a GOD sent to us...we have moved four times in the course of six years and usually it is just my husband, my son, and I who do all of our moving. Harvey came and scared us, we had no clue how we were going to move up three flights of stairs, but GOD made a way. Then we were required to move again and I was nervous as to how we were going to do this all again. I Googled movers and read the reviews and Hercules came in at number one for us. I called and Laura answered all my questions.
