The rating breakdown
Google shows 16 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.

In their own words
Just saw a driver of Herder Inc on the road with 3 vehicles on his bed. Going faster than he should, in and out of other vehicles on the road and swerving a lot. We thought he might be drunk but really just an unsafe driver. I wouldn’t want my car carried across country by this company.
Michelle, please remove this review. You have us confused with another company. Our names are similar but our USDOT and MC are not even close. A police officer from Ohio just called me about this other company and pointed out this review to me.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Herder Bros. handled our piano move as fast and carefully as possible. They were extremely professional and dedicated to see that all are needs were met. We would definitely call them again should we require another move.
Chris was very responsive to all my questions, showed up on time, finished on time, polite and helpful. It was a small move but it was seamless. Definitely will use Herder Bros. again. Mike
Needed some heavy bedroom furniture moved back upstairs from the basement. Herder Bros to the rescue. They were at my house in two days from my initial phone call. Very professional and friendly. They did a great job! And I appreciated their quick response and caring nature. I will definitely use them again and suggest you use them too! Local Frankfort family-owned business with a great reputation!
I have used Herder Brothers on several occasions over the past 3 years. They are polite, professional and responsive to all customers. They moved a baby grand piano and upright piano with great ease. As these are family heirlooms I knew there was no need to worry in Herder Brothers care! I highly recommend!
Thanks for the kind words!!
