I waited until I got my refund from Groupon to post my review. I scheduled my move for July 30th between the hours of 8-9am on July 12th. Mark Corsaro recommended that I purchase a Groupon whereas I could get two hours for the price of one… Of course I jumped on the offer. On the day of my move at 8:50am I got a call Mark Corsaro telling me that their equipment broke down, all of the other equipment and movers were on out of state moves and they needed to reschedule my move.
2hrs late and sent 3 - 20 something year olds and a kid to move us. They came poorly trained and equipped. They moved a piano and safe without a dolly or lift straps. Putting themselves at significant risk if hurting themselves. Because they were late, everything was moving at hyper speed. Repeatedly hit doors damaging corners & trim. Will require a lot of touch up. Destroyed a refrigerator by moving too fast through tight spacing. Did not reassemble our dining table, just rushed away.
They were an hour late to when they were supposed to arrive. You have to expect for some things to not make it through a move without some sort of damage occurring however they broke a dresser, shredded a king size mattress cover and destroyed my vinyl floor in the laundry room when moving the washer/dryer. It took them over a month to finally send someone out to repair the dresser. They went to Wal-Mart to replace our $100 mattress cover with a cheap $12 plastic cover.

First let me say this, when I wanted to do a review a while back for some reason it wouldn’t let me. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEM HAVING A NEW OWNER 🙂 Now I have used this company twice. After the first time, I should’ve called it quits. They were late and and not customer service minded when it came to my time. They ended up coming the next day. I used them a second time. They were not late but didn’t come prepared to put everything back together in their places. I am a single individual.
Your move was 3 years ago and I know you don't care about being under new ownership but we have had 50 5 star reviews since the new ownership and the only 1 star are from moves 3 to 5 years ago!!!!
I used this company for moving locally in Indianapolis, I paid for their wrapping supplies hoping that they will protect my furniture. They carelessly handled and damaged a lot of my stuff. They asked me to report the issue and I would hear back from them in 3 or 5 days. I not only didn't hear back from them after 10 days, but Mark Corsaro rudely hung up the phone on me during our conversation when I called to follow up. Avoid this unprofessional and careless company.
Worse decision made!!! From day one, I received a quote that was $150 different when it came time to pay the bill. There was hidden charges, like for tape and the use of wrap for my furniture. There was not so pleasant attitudes given by …

We are sorry for your bad experience 3 years ago. BUT that was 3 YEARS AGO. We are now under new ownership. If you scroll down you will see 35 5 STAR REVIEWS since new ownership took over in October 2024!!

I can't express how great this company was to work with. Logan and Joseph handled everything very carefully, took apart furniture I didn't even know could come apart, and put it all back together exactly as they'd found it. They were on time, polite, helpful, and super professional. Worth every penny (and priced very reasonably!). Will definitely call y'all up again for my next move! Thanks for treating my things with the same care as you would your own (especially mirrors/glassware/heavy furniture/etc!).

We had an amazing experience with Here to There Movers! They had the best price compared to all the other quotes we received and everything we requested to move was relocated with no issues at all. 3 kind, quick and efficient men (Billy, Luis and Joseph) for about 3 hours helped us move all our furniture from our apartment into our new home. I’d use them again and would highly recommended to anyone that asks!

Overall, happy with the move and the movers work! I had Billy and Logan, and they were phenomenal employees who worked really hard on a VERY hot summer day to ensure my move was successful. Pros - Billy put together my bed for me (thank you!), nothing was broken, they moved heavy furniture a couple times to "better spots" so I didn't have to. Most boxes were put into the correct room also. I've been able to find everything.

Here to There Movers loaded and moved my Mom from Indy to Cincinnati. While it was a long day, Joseph and Billy never stopped moving. Even when they hit a "how are we going to get this there" moment, they kept trying until they were successful. They never got frustrated or said "sorry, not going to happen". They were polite, careful and respectful of Mom's belongings and made sure she was happy with their services before heading back to Indy. It was a long day for them, and we appreciate all of their hard work.
