very Bad experience, HK mover company . I book HK move company to my household furniture, Ontario to edmonton Alberta they broke my king size bed leg, and my king size mattress was missing. They told me after 13,14 days. you receive your mattress, but my kig size bed leg was broken. verry bad experience H K mover Company.
Be very careful and stay away from doing business with them. I experienced poor communication and unprofessional behavior. I have working with them for almost a month on my move and negotiating my move details. Booked HK Movers a month in advance of our actual move in July from Brampton to Kingston, ON. The guys were supposed to arrive at 9 Am the day of move pack our stuff in the truck and the truck was supposed to be parked in their yard and we would move the next day. But we received a call a day before our actual move and were told they would arrive at 6 AM to move us same day. This was totally unexpected. Anyways, we agreed and they arrived on time at 6AM on the move date.
If I could give this company negative stars even that would have been too much. I have been using HK movers for the past 20 years. They were good in the beginning but the last few years they their service has been terrible. It’s been a year since we have moved, we’re still finding broken things. The way they assembled our furniture is horrible. They just jammed the screws with the drill. All the screws are chewed up and they just slap everything together. All our furniture and belongings were damaged.

Poor customer service and had Worst experience, I was told that my vehicle will be delivered in 3 weeks, paid all the money in Cash and when I called after 3 weeks & I was told they had no idea where my vehicle is because they use some other 3rd party to do the delivery. H.K. movers charges very high prices, they quoted $500 for pickup (which is only 5kms from their office) and $500 extra for delivery over and above the normal weight charges, they also quoted 23% surcharge on the freight rate, and Freight rate was also high when compared with good movers like Centennial Movers. So H.K. Movers are not recommended at all. Overall cost is much higher when compared to other good movers. I did not used this mover because of the unreasonable high costs.

We recently used HK Moving & Storage for our move, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. Before moving, we spoke with several people about their experiences with different moving companies, and very few were comfortable recommending one. Based on a friend's recommendation, we decided to give HK Moving & Storage a try, and we're so glad we did. From the initial booking to the final item being placed in our new home, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
I had an excellent experience with HK Movers! This was the third time I hired their services, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Ankit, Inder, Jagman and Gora who helped with my move on July 1st ,one of the hottest days, when a heat warning had been issued by the Government of Canada. Despite the extreme weather, they worked tirelessly without showing any irritation or discomfort. They remained cheerful, smiling, respectful, and incredibly humble throughout the entire move.
HK Movers are beyond awesome. They gave us room to room service, packed, and wrapped everything in a way that no single item came damaged. I moved from Edmonton to Brantford and no complaints at all. Sarpanch ji and Team was beyond awesome! Would definitely recommend them for all your moves.
