It's funny to see so many positive reviews but when you do some digging... you find out who's in their inner circle of " customers " nice touch. Don't be fooled by them, they will not provided their insurance information for broken items even with video and pictures of proof of their own staff trying to " fix " said items. If your integrity means anything then share your insurance information. **UPDATE** THE COMPANY HAS TAKING NO RESPONSIBILITY REGARDING MISSING AND DAMAGED ITEMS.

If I could give this company -10 stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The movers had to make two trips in one day. They did the first load and had to come back later afternoon for the “fragile” items - on the second trip back the movers arrived extremely late, and the move wasn’t completed until 1:30 am!!!! No one should have to endure a move that drags into the middle of the night because of poor planning and a complete lack of professionalism.
We recently hired this company for our home move. The movers themselves were polite and hard-working, but the overall experience turned out to be disappointing. When unwrapping our furniture, we discovered our dining table had been excessively wrapped with scotch tape and shrink wrap. After removing it, we found a broken table leg — clearly taped to conceal the damage. We were never informed; we had to discover it ourselves. Few other pieces also had scratch marks.
My move with Nest Movers was very disappointing and frustrating. Nick had attended my home to assess and quote the job. He quoted approximately 8-10 hrs, a 28 ft truck and 3 guys. Approx $1350.00. The 3 guys were slow, not knowledgeable about taking things apart and reassembling, didnt have proper tools, spent too much time standing around or on their phones. Cords and things are missing, things are placed in the wrong rooms as well as some indoor things left outside.

They damaged our 65” tv and refuse to reimburse us for it after stating they would. We were told it wasn’t covered under insurance because we had wrapped it up ourselves but were promised a small refund instead. It never materialized and further communications have gone unanswered. After reading more reviews, I see that this is a pretty standard practice for this company. Very disappointing and do not recommend their services.
I do not recommend Nest Movers. They were dishonest about their pricing . They lie to the customers and waste their time and their customer service is unhelpful, and they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. It’s clear they only care about profit, not their customers. I strongly advise anyone to stay away — this company cannot be trusted.

Had a great experience with the guys from Nest. The removals team on the day were friendly, polite and super efficient. It was the hottest day of the year so far and their guys didnt stop working! All items wrapped well, packed into the truck well and no damage caused at all. Would recommend them to anyone.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Nest Movers. We had three movers with us, Jeet, Akash, and Jashan. They were an absolute delight. So respectful, happy, smiling throughout, humble, clean, and honest. I really felt so happy with this moving and packing company. They gave us boxes, packing paper, wardrobe boxes and wrapped our big furniture with so much care. Not a single scratch on neither the walls or the floors, and our furniture was transported in perfect condition.

I have both Samir, and Manjeder handled the moving from condo to townhouse, and they did amazing job, the inspected the area and space, got the required tools, protected the surrounding surfaces. And when we reach the townhouse, which has a tricky spiral stairs, aslo they were able to move everything knowing that i have a huge cabinet, 8 feet by 3 inches, which was setup in prefect position without damaging the walls, floor, or the ceiling Thank you guys!
