If you look at my post in history, you'll see I don't typically give anything but the best reviews. This past week I used these movers to move a king size bed and a couple of boxes. The amount of games these individuals have played both before, during and after the move is absolutely crazy! Just negotiating the contract was difficult but in the end we decided to go with them to keep it simple and now regret it.

I had a disappointing experience with Touchwood Movers, particularly in how they handled communication and follow-up during our decision-making process. We had initially indicated that we intended to go ahead with them and even told them to “consider the deal done,” but we requested a bit of time to confirm, as our mortgage approval was still pending. Hired this company to do my moving. 5 Kids 2 trucks cost me $2100.00 not happy at all with the service. 1 truck arrived at 11am another 12 noon. Everything was packed ready to go except the beds. They took from 11 am to 1am. These guys work on an hourly payment so they wasted a lot of time because they want to work more hours. I had so much damages and my items was not placed where it should be, my garage has everything except for the beds.

Terrible service. Brought the SMALLEST of the moving trucks to move my mother's 4 bedroom house and then charged her for a second trip. When she called to complain they said "we can leave all your stuff there and just take one trip." They just threw everything in the main room in the new house and not to mention broke a few things in the process. They took their sweet time as well. Started at noon and didn't finish until 9pm even though we had everything in the main room ready to go for them.

I had a terrible experience with Touchwood movers. First thing first they are scammers and liars. We agreed on a price and they changed it 2 times last minute. They came late to my place , they were very slow in the process and they decided to charge me because they were slow. They refuse to dissassemble on of my cabinet because too complicated. The movers are really unprofessionnal. Moreover, the CEO bob is extremely rude, arrogant and impolite. I really don't recommend this company - be careful.

Hi there, We ended up charging only 9.5 hours in total for a 26 Ft truck job which even had a 1.5 hour travel involved from loading location to the unloading location. Not only that, we even waived off additional $100 to compensate for the small damage to the fabric of the couch.
