Inaccurate estimate; $1200 more then estimated. Took 24 hours. Showed up with no materials except a couple blankets for protection. Asked me to supply bubble wrap and shrink wrap. All of this after they came and did a walk through the office to quote. Unprofessional movers; damaged almost every piece they moved. Some are beyond repair. Several thousands of dollars in Damage. Now “Oscar” doesn’t answer the phone. They also just walked off the job as it was taking too long. Beware of this company.

Called this morning to ask if they had available for pick up and move a couch today or tomorrow. They said they could pick up today and we had scheduled pick up for 4:30pm therefore I inform the person I bought the couch from they will pass by that time. The representative said it might be earlier if they finish another move. Out of nowhere at 1:04pm I receive a text that the movers are on their way to the pickup location.

BEWARE Set up this company to move a china..called an spoke to a guy name joe..explained had to move china that day..he said he could do it around after 4..I said whatever time just as long as done that day..his delivery guy called me at 4 said on his way...I said ok..15 min later this guy joe text me back an says he got more work an could he reschedule for next day..I'm like NO..i told you I needed that day...so I try to call him several times..he wouldn't answer..so .

My daughter and I used this company to move a bed, and 2 couches. They literally took all day just to move those three pieces of furniture. They showed up late, and without tools! When we tried to contact the Manager, not only was he rude, but he refused to answer any more of our calls. He refuses to acknowledge who his employees were that did the job, because they quit right after for being so mistreated by him as well! Do not book this company to help you move! Very unprofessional!

Use someone else. Totally unprofessional. Scheduled my appointment 3 weeks in advance. They were supposed help me move today at 4:30. I called yesterday to confirm my appointment and the person who answered the phone mentioned everything was ok. I called at 5pm because they were late, they said they were on their way. I called again at 6pm and they mentioned it will take them around 30 more minutes. Now they stopped my calls. This service is unbelievable.

Left the job unfinished tried to charge my card 4 times. Wouldn’t answer their phones after charging my card and didn’t reassemble any of the furniture this is how they left both places! I filed a police report for theft of services and when I try to call it says user busy and won’t even dial anymore! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Driver wouldn’t give me the owners phone number! I spoke with an Oscar and Im filing fraud with my bank as well!

Canceled on me cause I asked for compensation for THEIR mistake and no communication. Companies a joke for their “low rate” and won’t do what half the other movers do. Can’t keep a simple appointment that they had available and still run 5 and a half hours late. Save your energy and time if you don’t want to feel like you have to manage someone else’s company. Joe is no help and super unprofessional.

This company advertise on Craigslist as movers that do not cancel. I placed order to unload my truck week in advance. Confirmed day before. And guess what? They did not show up. Did not respond to messages. Only after number of calls someone answered with : we got flat tire. We not coming. Do you want to trust this company? I highly suggest not to
