Took my $20k, packed my household and disappeared blaming over a month of lost deliverables on North American washing their hands of accountability disappearing with the money. Shameful by both parties… don’t trust your move, your life’s collection in your home or your security to these people, careless, callous and unethical thieves.

TLDR: Great people, great communication, and goods delivered quickly (and all in one piece)! I've done two interstate moves with movers before, neither of which went smoothly, but my recent move using Homestead Transfer and Storage was about as perfect as any move could be! Scheduling a time for an estimate was great and you can arrange an estimate via video call or in-person; Randy was super thorough in his estimate via video call, during which time he answered my many questions about the process.
Outstanding experience! The team who did our in state move were PHENOMINAL! They were efficient and respectful of my belongings. Adrienne in the office kept us informed and answered our many questions. I felt that we were in good hands. I highly recommend Homestead Transfer and Storage if you need reliable, trustworthy movers. A+ SERVICE!!
