Aug 2025 Update: After writing my review I was contacted by a representative in California who apologized and made amends for the experience I had. My initial review was one star. I’ve upgraded it to 2 stars based on the positive interaction I had with the representative. She deserves 5 stars. BEWARE- I paid $100 deposit for a move on island. 2 men showed up, heavily tattooed, missing teeth late, not clear on my address.

If you choose to go with this company, BEWARE! Read the fine print. The price you are quoted gives you no assurance. It will not be enough for reasonable compensation. You will only receive 60 cents per lb. on your belongings and you must fight for that. You must purchase ADDITIONAL insurance. You may OR may not receive your items on the other side. Take pictures of your belongings before the move and of the damaged items after the move.

THIEVES – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - STOLE JEWLERY ZERO STARS This company stole my wedding rings and gold necklace. We notified them immediately when we realized the items were taken, but we're forced to wait the full 7+ days until delivery to “confirm” they were missing. At that point, instead of addressing the theft, we were passed around customer support with no accountability. I had to track down the owner’s number through my own digging just to speak with him directly.

Unfortunately we had a really bad experience. I diligently scheduled our move months in advance, called multiple times to confirm everything was set and ready. We were only moving across the island. I found out later that the very kind office staff are actually located in California… they only plan and schedule but do not actually handle the move. They just dispatch it. When the moving day came (July 3rd) we waited over an hour past their showtime, but no one showed up.

I hired this company to move the contents of my three bedroom home to a storage facility. They sent me an estimate and said it would be one day which they were late all the days that they showed up, since the work ran over into a third day. They knew there was a time deadline on making it to the storage facility and they still showed up late and worked with no sense of urgency. We scheduled our move very strategically to line up with times and dates that coordinated appropriately with our move out schedule.

Movers were efficient and professional. Deceitful practices. I was charged a minimum of two hours for a move that took less than an hour (5 boxes). When I made the reservation there was no mention of paying a minimum of two hours. It did show up on my confirmation email after paying a $100 non refundable deposit. I don't know if this was added because my move was so small, that turned out to be only 5 boxes.

Where to begin, started off good. Then down hill from there, they price by square feet and material. The guys that showed up were inexperienced. They pack not caring if it's protected. Our price went up after they had our things loaded. If they don't pack good then the amount of boxes go up and so does the square footage which is pricing. I refused to pay what they said, so they had to recalculate which they went through our stuff. One of the employees graffiti our bathroom door (inappropriate) picture.

The packing was good, but what happened outside of the pack out was our worst move to date. Our shipment was not crated, which has been standard with previous moves. By not crating, everything went through a multitude of hands along the way & many things were broken. Our shipment was stored with moth balls so everything smelled awful! Clothing had to be washed 3-4 times, plastic items had to be thrown away. It has taken months for our house to not smell like moth balls!
