The rating breakdown
Google shows 6 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I found Hoover the Mover when another large moving company cancelled on my parents less than 24 hours in advance, leaving them in the lurch, even being aware the move was due to medical reason and Had to get done. I called Hoover and spoke with Darlene - who is Amazing I might add. She not only made our move happen but also got us an earlier time slot than we had with the other company. Reno and Isaiah F showed up to move my parents and were absolutely Fantastic.
These guys were awesome! They were contracted out to deliver my moving shell by another company that totally ruined the first half of my move. Hoover’s movers were friendly, efficient, communicated well, and exceeded by far the low expectations set by that other company that got a terrible review from me. If you’re moving in the area, give them a call. They were amazing!
This moving company is unprecedented! With over 60 years of experience, this family owned business is everything to literally everyone; residential, commercial, casinos, hospitals, hotels, gas stations, freight forwarding, their own warehouse (100's of 1,000's of square feet neatly appointed! Tad and Lisa Levy started at North American Van Lines and continue operations with the cooperation from North American.
We had such a good experience with David and Reno. They were quick and efficient. They unloaded, unpackaged, and put together SO many pieces of furniture. They moved several pieces and were just so polite and helpful. We would totally use them again!
